In 1978, Waterbound Labradors began a breeding program focused on the development of the complete all purpose Lab, which would be at home in the show ring, hunting blind, obedience ring or in the living room as a personal companion family member.

Over the past 25 years, we have bred over 25 Champion Labradors and 4 Master Hunters.  We have also bred many obedience title holders, service dogs and other titled hunters. 

One of our proudest accomplishments is being the breeder of CH. Waterbound Lockeon Laddy, MH, WCX, HRCH, only the 33rd dog in history to become an AKC Champion/Master Hunter. 

We strive to improve the breed with every Waterbound Labrador Retriever.
